Why sitting counts as food

Some days the task list is not the problem — the task list is the threat. On those days you still need a way to move the day forward that does not require you to touch the thing you are avoiding. So a completed sit feeds the companion exactly as much as a completed task does. Same crumb, no asterisk.

That is deliberate, not a consolation prize. The point of the companion is to register care, and sitting still for four minutes when your head is loud is care.

The next eight weeks — time made visible

How much you can actually do in a day

Everything schedules off these two numbers. Set them to what a bad week looks like, not a good one — a plan built on your best day fails on your average one.

Moving between iPad and laptop

Your data lives in this browser on this device — it does not sync by itself. To move it, export here and import there. Do it after any big change; it takes five seconds.

Install as an app

iPad / iPhone: open in Safari (only Safari can install on iOS), Share → Add to Home Screen. Needs a web address rather than a file — drag the file onto app.netlify.com/drop for a URL in about ten seconds. Anything you publish that way is public unless you password-protect it — worth doing, since your unreleased script structure is in here.

Mac: Safari → File → Add to Dock. Or Chrome → ⋮ → Cast, Save and Share → Install page as app. Both give you a real window with a dock icon.

New project

Describe it, give it a deadline or a priority, and it gets scheduled around everything else.

Four inks pass every colour-blind and contrast check on this paper. Beyond four, inks repeat — the name and the work/personal mark keep them apart.

Don't know how to break it down? Leave this empty, save, then hit Ask Claude to break this down on the project card — it copies a ready-made prompt you paste into a chat, and you paste the answer straight back.

Paste the task list

Paste what Claude gave you — either the JSON block or just one task per line as title | hours.
